1. No Obligation Consultation- The first step consists of meeting with you to discuss the best solution tailored to your unique needs. We will then request a detailed tour of the home to identify all assets deemed for sale, go over our process/contracts and answer any questions that may arise.

2. Stage, Organize & Advertise- This step is essential to creating the ultimate shopping experience for our customers. Our skilled team members will organize and stage the entire contents of the home with care. All items will be professionally photographed and advertised on several social media sites, including the largest estate sale sites in the country and sent to our private email list of consistent buyers.

3. Research & Pricing- We thoroughly evaluate and research assets in order to ensure each item is valued properly. We utilize certified appraisers and authentication services for higher end items when applicable. Our goal is to find the perfect price point at FMV to produce maximum sale profits and the liquidation of inventory.
4. Sale Days- Our team typically runs a 3-day sale over the weekend from start to finish. We put multiple directional signs in the neighborhood and on major cross streets to drive traffic and increase customer potential (with HOA approval). After the sale, we will provide an itemized list of goods sold and proceeds check issued less commission, within 3-5 business days.
